Supermodel GISELE BUNDCHEN has been hit with a lawsuit by a repair man, who claims to have sustained injuries while renovating her New York apartment.
Martin Marrero claims he fractured his shoulder and ribs and herniated discs in his spine, after falling on the stairs in Bundchen's Manhattan home in September 2006.
Marrero alleges he was working in the 27-year-old model's West Village apartment when he fell - insisting a missing handrail was to blame for the incident, which has kept him out of work ever since.
According to the New York Post, the worker first filed suit against the model's company Casa Vida in a Bronx Supreme Court two months after the accident. He is now seeking unspecified damages.
